Your records can be packed by your personnel or by Southeastern Records Management, in boxes specifically designed to hold those records…whether they are file cards, legal sized papers, or anything in between.  We will remove those records to our facility, where they will then be logged in to our inventory by computer, labeled with a bar code, and placed on steel shelving.  When you need a record or file, a quick call to Southeastern Records Management gets that material on its way; either through our daily delivery service, facsimile or email, or it will be available for your pickup.  Outlined below is the protocol we use:

  • Inventory      Joint with your representative
  • Retrieval       As requested; for your pickup or our delivery
  • Access         Limited to your listed employees
  • Billing           By department if requested
  • Supplies       We stock and deliver letter/legal sized boxes
